I like the design on the baddie when she's in human form. Looks like someone from Portland, ha ha.
Hand-lettering is super hard and I personally am not great at it, but if you get an ames lettering guide ( http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41wpdC6czUL.jpg) It'll straighten up your text. They're only a couple of bucks, a very old-school drafting device.
