This is actually the ending of the shortstory-version. I wasn't allowed to draw more than 18 pages and it was really difficult, since it was my first shortstory. I hope, it wasn't too obvious. Or too far-fetched. I tried to hint at the ending by mentioning the father and making it clear from page 1, what the blooming white roses symbolised. Did it work? Did you enjoy the chapter? :)
Concerning uploading schedule: I haven't quite figured out, how many pages I'll be able to produce whithin a week. I have a fulltime-job and sometimes there's quite a bit of overtime, so I'll start with 1 page/week, I think. I'll just try it out and we'll see how it works. As for the upload-day: Let's say Wednesday. I'll do my best to keep it at that day. :)
I'm so glad her father returned :) Not only Lana has somebody at her side now but also meaning her father managed to cope with his grief :D
Even though it's a bit confusing, I think I have to re-read everything to fully understand it. But overall I enjoyed it and look forward to the next chapters :D
"Lana's life has been going downhill ever since her mother died. Her bad luck doesn't seem to end and she's closed herself off to the world. However, one day on her way home she has an encounter that changes her life ..."
This was initially a short story, which is why the first 18 pages are quite fast-paced.
