Prologue

And here goes the prologue! :) I'm still so excited - I feel like a 5 year old :P
I kept the prolog as unrevealing and abstract as I could to not spoiler any major plot points, and to make it more exciting. So I apologize if it's a bit confusing ;) (but I wanted to fuel the excitement a bit :D)
I'll try to update this comic chapterwise! So it'll take some time until I update again - but I hope I can finish chapter 1 in may :)
And I think I forgot to mention that this comic will be in black & white (or rather monochromatic, since it's slightly toned).
I decided on BW because it'll definitely be faster drawing new pages that way and I also think it'll fit the overall tone of the comic perfectly :)

Why am I doing this comic?
To begin with: I really love sports-anime (and I love soccer in particular), and this project is kind of a homage to all the sports anime I came across throughout my life so far, starting with Captain Tsubasa somewhere in the 90's.
The idea for this comic is over ten years old already (I did the first drawing somewhere around 2004), and finally I'm artistically able to make this project happen!
This is also my very first drama comic ever and I'm kind of happy to get out of the comedy zone for a bit :D
So, thanks for reading and I hope you’ll enjoy this emotional trip along with me :)
