That oddly wobbly scribble in the bottom panel is actually Elian script, so with a bit of work it can be translated... And then translated again because it sure as hell is not straight English.

I love how his wings are omgosh, it's like one of my biggest pet peeves about fictional winged creatures that most of the time their wings are no where big enough to physically lift a creature of whatever size and this guy's wings are PERFECT, that said I feel so bad cuz he's dragging his poor feathers on the grounds
