If it is under his grandfathers care, then no. He has his own life and is simply in ownership of the land. This gives him no obligation to do anything for it. Seeing as YOU are living on HIS land, you shouldn’t be acting so rude to him. Technically, he could kick you out, so I’d watch your tongue.
