I don't know if any non-UK people understand the 'lads'/'banter' thing and I don't really know how to explain it hahaha. 'Lad culture' is essentially the same as 'bro culture' in the US. Basically 'lad' is just a hyper-masculine stereotype and Charlie is joking that Nick's just one of the 'rugby lads', so Nick starts jokingly imitating a 'lad'.
Also - Charlie's little brother's name is Oliver! :)
