Yup...
I used to think like this and think why it's not working!!
90% of weight loss happen in the kitchen.
Think about the food that you put in your mouth. Is it healthy? how is it going to make you feel.
If you lose weight, celebrate by buying things that will motivate you to go to the gym even more.
