Introducing... Who is ghostwriter?

So, it seems this person is called "ghostwriter" and we have no idea where they came from. From the information we have gathered, they are the one responsible for writing the description in the other Introducing pages and other things not seen on the viewer side. We suspect they are also responsible for the heinous crime of stealing all our chocolate pudding and gelato.
We will be keeping a close eye on this one. If you or anyone you know witness this ghostwriter doing evil magics or behaving in concerning ways, notify us immediately. For your own safety, it is important to not engage this person until we deem them safe for public interactions. Thank you for your time and understanding.

I would like to add that I'm pretty sure this person isn't human. I mean, look at those eyes. Really look at them and see if you can tell me those are the eyes of human. Because they're not. And if I go missing, you'll know I was onto something.
