It isn't explicitly stated in the comic, but Logan has congestive heart failure, and the pills he's prescribed are called "enalapril" . . . RANDOM FACT: when my childhood dog got older, he developed congestive heart failure, and enalapril was his medicine (so it's probably not the same for people, but oh well) EVEN MORE of A RANDOM FACT: I wrote this story 3 years before my dog died of this. o.O
