The army was marching back from the war that seemed to go on forever. The escort squadron was the last to leave; made of about 50 people meant to escort the ambassador of the UK back to the capital. Starting from 30 miles east of London. They get into formation and start off to London. About 10 miles in, 5 scouts come back from the previous squadron. “The mo-mo-monsters,” one of them stuttered “they’re up there. Go-go-go back, ano-ther way.” They then proceed to dash away top speed. Before anyone could heed their warning, a black bird came. It’s feathers were sheets of paper. It’s eyes were the color of lava, oozing and shifting. As it flew 50 feet overhead, the squad leader yelled, “Shoot it down!” Everyone fired at it’s gut, but the bullets just passed through it, as if it wasn’t there. Within 2 seconds, it made the most shrill scream that any of the had ever heard. It sounded like all of the suffering of everyone in the world at once.

   Immediately after, a creature burst out of the forest, a 3 meter beast, covered in black hair and menacing red eyes. Before anyone could attack it, it came out at 5 recruits in formation at blinding speeds. Within a second, they were all dead on the ground. It then moved on, striking down group after group, scattering the formation. By this time, it was completely surrounded by 20 people. They all shot at it, but as before passed through as if it was not there. It made scream like the bird before it. All weapons of soldiers surrounding it rushed out of their hands. He then destroyed all of them at lightning speed. It kept running towards the back of the squadron. “He’s going for the leader!!” someone yelled out.

   It went towards the back and tried to take the ambassador. 20 more people came up and tried to kill it. He wiped them all out simultaneously. There were only 4 people left, the elite guards of the ambassador. It was up to them. The first one came out as the others filled their weapons up with steam. The first one, using wolverine-like claws, came out and slashed at it. It proceeded to dodge all attacks from the elite. After about 3 seconds later, it struck back kicking him, at the rib cage, into the tree. The second combatant held a broadsword. She jabbed away at the thing. It didn’t take long for her to slip and be attacked. But instead of being disheartened, she yelled, “NOW!!” Then the third combatant released an arrow that would explode. The thing caught it, and threw it back. Before he could move, he exploded it a 2 meter across explosion. The final one, using two swords, was standing near the archer, and was scorched in the explosion.

   While all of this was happening, the ambassador escaped into the woods. The beast found him within 3 seconds. He then released 20 rounds of machine gun into the creature, walking slowly towards him. Just as before, it went through it like it wasn’t there. It grabbed the ambassador, shifted into the black bird from earlier, and disappeared with him.
