Hooo boy this is hard to post (it's so bad aaauuugh), but I think it's good to see where things start.
This was from July 2011. At the time, I didn't know what I wanted the comic to really look like, and truthfully? I just didn't have much experience making comics.
So this was a short test. It was inked traditionally on actual comic paper and then the tones were added digitally. And as you can see, the scene where Nox learns about his job was going to be with Pendiah originally, but we thought it would make more sense for someone actually in security to do it. (Also back then things weren't nearly as fleshed out as they were now, this was before our editor came along to beef up the world)
Aaanyway, hope you enjoy this embarrassing peek into the past "orz
