Unlike what the rest of the internet tells us, there is a difference between political correctness and social conscience. Both of those characters are liberals and so am I but...
Political correctness is what Rosa has. She couldn't even finish her university, but her manichean, good vs. evil positions give her easy access to an audience that wants to be pandered to. She gives self-righteously gives lessons in the name of the common good, completely unaware of the harm that her own actions cause to other people.
Beebee, on the other hand, does not gives lessons. She listens to answers. She's perfectly aware that the evil she sees in others is lurking, in dormant form, in everyone's minds including her own. Her positions are nuanced, complex...but complexity does not get as much attention from the general public.
