A simple hand workout

It's been a while since I wrote tips. I've been buried with commission works last month and I can't find the time to work on some.
This is a nice simple hand workout that our instructors taught us back in the studio. Since most of our work is cleaning up animations we need a steady hand so that we can do pretty lines.
It's a pretty quick workout that you can do daily especially on days when you don't have time to draw just so your arms won't get rusty.
