NIK is about a young man who is half warlock (Dark magic) and half mage (Light magic). He was raised by mages and grew up believing in the horrible things he was taught about warlocks and witches. He was outcasted by his peers and resented his warlock half greatly. As the mages pushed forward in their attempt to rid the world of dark-magic users, Nikolai meets a blue haired warlock who, "unintentionally", leads him to find out the truth about dark beings. They ARE horrible, but maybe it is wrong to kill them all? And who really deserves to judge others? Definitely not mages. Mages are pricks.
