This story is about a world where it has become common practice to meddle with life. Many people try their hand at creating mutants and entering them in competitions, but some of these mutants aren't exactly happy with how their society is being run.
This will follow a band of mutants joining forces to fight back and, like, smash cars with baseball bats and stuff.
