Reversal AU: If Mimi and Yosuke were Childhood Friends

This is what it would be like if Yosuke grew up in the same area as Mimi and were friends. There are a lot of variables that would need to exist for that to happen.
They tolerate each other. Yosuke needs a place to crash when his landlords kick him out for starting fires or just being clumsy. And Michele often breaks her stove, but still thinks he's just a nuisance.

I feel like mimi wouldn't have her childlike and lighthearted qualities if she and yosuke were childhood friends instead. In that particular alternate universe, mimi would be a bit more annoying and sassy. I have to say I like the original mimi.
