Scrapped Week #3/7: Jaspert

So some explanation on this character:
It was supposed to be a third character to go along with the two vampires that I showed yesterday. I made him far after the other two had been long since completed in MS Paint (oh boy), so basically it just became a character that didn't take off because of bad timing. It sucked at the time, but when I dumped the whole vampire theme all together I got over it.
Also the top picture gives some insight as to the arduous, time consuming process of how I did my drawings in Paint.
