There are so many things we can't control, like brain chemistry and what triggers my PTSD, but this is so positive. You are one of the first people to positivley display taking regular meds, and that's ok. You talk about going to therapy, and that's ok. You talk about being frozen by mental illness, and that's ok. This is one of the most inspiring posts I've seen in a very long time. Thank you friend.
