Vincent approaches Fantasia

Vincent puts one hand over his head smiling “thank you for finishing off the monsters”

Fantasia: …(just looks at him)

Vincent: “it was luck that you came here today”

Some villagers are working on getting the fire off the houses

Abel begins to help out Cain to stand on his feet

Abel as he tries to grab Cain’s arm to help him stand up: “are you ok Cain?”

Cain pushes Abel away from him and quickly stands up: “no, I’m not!” (Mad) (Pointing Fantasia with his index finger) she is the one responsible for those monsters coming into this village!

Abel surprised “What?”

Vincent gets serious “how can you assure that?”

Cain “She comes here and hours later really strong monsters that only she can defeat appear!”

Vincent “That doesn’t mean-“

Fantasia: “that is the truth”

Vincent turns to fantasia “why are you saying that?”

Fantasia “those monster came after me, they were looking for this” (shows a magical letter)

Cain: “see, she didn’t even deny it, is better if she leaves”

Cain turns to the villagers “Listen to me! If this girl stays it will only mean more trouble for us!”

Abel as he tries to calm Cain “you shouldn’t be saying that, she just saved us”

Cain looks at Abel “shut up Abel” Cain continues to talk to the villagers “right now she did finish those monsters, but what if stronger monsters come that she can’t even handle; and all because they are after that letter she possesses”

Villagers murmur to each other: “is true, what if she can’t handle them next time, what can we do? , is better if she leaves, yeah is better for us ; at the mean time Fantasia is shown looking down as she feels sad

Fantasia: “Don’t worry, I’ll be leaving, but before I go; I need some potions; I have gold to buy them”

Lita: “I can sell them to you”

Cain: “Lita we shouldn’t aid her, if we do; the ones who are after her might come after us!”

Villagers begin to side with Cain “yeah, he is right; yea we shouldn’t aid her”

Vincent jumps in the conversation “we shouldn’t think that way, you all should feel ashamed, she could’ve leave without helping us; but instead, she decided to help us”

Cain looks at Vincent “you don’t even know what you’re saying, you are just a kid”

Vincent: “and you are just a coward”

Cain takes his sword out: “a coward!!!??? You better take that back kid” (HP Critically low)

Vincent as he pulls his sword out “yeah and I won’t go back on what I said!” (HP Critically low)

Vincent and Cain take on a fight stance, they are about to fight each other

Old-Wise man intervenes “what is happening here!? Vincent !!! , Cain!!! , put down your swords!”

Cain: “Wise man all those monsters coming into our village Is that girl’s fault and she didn’t even deny it”

Vincent: “she is planning on leaving, and Cain is just being a knucklehead”

Old-Wise man is thinking

Fantasia approaches the Old-Wise man and asks as she bends her head as sign of respect: “the only things I need are potions and I’ll be on my way”

Old-Wise man: “very well, you should get your potions and be on your way”

Cain: “what!!!, and what happens if we get into deeper trouble for doing this!!!?”

Old-Wise man: “keep silence Cain, I said, she will get her potions and be on her way, and put down your sword already, we don’t have time to fight with each other, we should be thinking about fixing our village, Abel come with me I need to consult something with you”

Vincent puts down his sword; Cain also puts down his sword

(transitory bg)

It cuts to Vincent’s home; Vincent and Fantasia are sitting down talking to each other

Fantasia: “sorry for not introducing myself correctly, my name is Fantasia and I come from Lydia Kingdom. I’m in a quest to deliver a letter to the king of Darion, and I would like you to join me on my quest”

Vincent: “you really want me to go with you?”

Fantasia: “yes, in the fight with those monsters you seemed very skilled and stood your ground against those even with such difference in levels”

Vincent: “that’s is great, I always wanted to go on adventures but I didn’t know where to start or what to do, but I think is a great idea by delivering that letter of yours”

Fantasia: “is that a yes?”

Vincent: “Yeah”

Fantasia: “then is set, we shall be heading to Larissa, that’s our next stop”

Vincent begins to get his things together to set on a journey

Fantasia: “is your Village going to be fine?”

Vincent “yeah, there’s Cain, he might have bad temper but he is very skilled and cares for the village, and also Abel they both great swordsmen; the village is going to be fine”

Fantasia shakes hands with Vincent “thank you for accepting to come with me”

Vincent: “i hope we can go on many adventures”

(Vincent Joins Fantasia’s Party)

As Fantasia and Vincent walk out the door, Lita approaches them

Lita “hey! Vincent wait up!”

Vincent: Lita?”

Lita: “here are the potions that your friend wanted”

Fantasia: “let me pay you-“

Lita: “don’t worry, they are free of charge today” (winks at both)

Fantasia “thank you”

Vincent: “thanks Lita!”

Lita: “you guys are must probably going to Larissa, right?”

Vincent: “yeah, but how do you know?”

Lita: “I have a brother who works as an Inventor in that town. His name is Leonardo; when you guys get to that town, can you give this to him?” hands them a small puzzle piece that seems to need more pieces to form something spherical.

Vincent: “what is this?”

Fantasia: “it looks beautiful!”

(Receives World piece II)

Vincent: “don’t worry Lita, we’ll give it to your brother Leonardo”

Lita : “Thank you Vincent and Fantasia. good luck with your journey!”

Vincent: “Alright! to Larissa then!”

Fantasia thinks as Vincent walks ahead(he might not be that great with the sword , and doesn’t look very strong , but maybe if I’m with him I have more chances of making it to the Kingdom of Darion and finish this quest)

Scene changes to the Old-wise man and Abel talking

Old-wise man is talking to Abel: “Those monsters-”

Abel: “it was great that Fantasia was here to help us”

Old-wise man: “those elemental monsters, I seen them somewhere before”

On the roof of a house you can see the beast master looking down on to the villagers, the beast master then disappears…
