The Comic
Stalker is best described as a “Sci Fi/Horror/Drama” comic series. In it, we follow Nightingale and her friends through their experiences in fictional Harmont, Canada: A “Borderlands” town sitting just to the north of one of six “Visitation Zones”, areas where reality as we know it begins to break down and change, usually for the worst.
After living for years without control over her own life, “Nightingale” - A young woman from the U.S.A. - is given a once in a lifetime chance to leave everything behind, and adopt a dangerous lifestyle that very few are brave enough to attempt. Seizing the moment, she flees to Harmont: a desolate town in southern Canada that still hasn’t recovered from the catastrophic “Emission” that occurred 20 years prior. For better or for worse, she plans to take control of her own destiny, and live the life that until now, she could only dream of. But what if that dream is secretly a nightmare?
