Yumi turned off her phone and started undressing for bed. Her small apartment doesn’t even have a toilet nor a shower, so she had to use the public ones in the hall of the building. Thankfully, they were at least a little bit clean. She undid her ponytail of long brown hair and washed off the light makeup off her face. In her lavender pony-patterned pajamas, she trotted down the hall back into to her apartment. Coming into the apartmethe first thing she saw as usual was the enormous vent over her bed. She screamed, dropping her towel. For a second, Yumi thought she saw a man's face in vent, smiling and staring at her.

-"That wasn’t real. I just imagined it because of that creepy story." She breathed in and out multiple times to calm herself, then went to bed.
