At first, I wanted the person to smoke at a bus stop, but then I realized that they're all set more or less in a village and I doubt there would be a bus driving at night.
I mean, in the town I'm living there are 10 buses driving every hour between 1 and 4 a.m., so a village has probably less bus service during that time. Probably.
