A life with Dysthymia!

When I say I've been diagnosed with dysthymia people are often confused. It's chronic. I'll have it for my entire life. It's similar to depression but very different. You can make living with it better but it's not something that you can make go away. It's not something a person can "beat" but it is something that you can learn to live with.
