This page continues with Garrus' memory. Just in case panel 4 is not clear: my Shepard wore short hair in ME1 and I assume it grew while she was being re-built by Cerberus. Maybe Miranda had in mind playing hairdresser with her but Wilson started his little party first. Who knows?
