So I'm guessing he ends up stabbing her in the back? On the one hand, I'm a little disappointed Jorund didn't just learn to stick with his original no killing principles and abandon his Mother. On the other hand, I guess it's sort of a reverse character development where he's been hardened by everything that's happened and is fine with killing one more person, especially when he thinks she 'deserves' it. Overall, this was awesome comic! I love reading anything that makes me think, and this one still does. Like, right now I'm wondering if she hugged him knowing that he'd stab her, if maybe she couldn't bear the burden of killing her son and wanted Jorund to finish her off. Or maybe she wasn't expecting it at all and she just looked smug because she got what she wanted...honestly, I would love to have a Q and A about this epilogue!
JORUND follows a young norseman named JORUND who is tasked by his vile mother to regain their family’s honor by killing the viking that murdered his father.
