This is the story of a tiny dragon. His name is Ryuunosuke. He leads a simple life filled with many joys and a perfect amount of gold for his small lair. He is a very happy dragon, after all he can go where ever he wants, but he is very lonely sometimes, for the only thing he doesn't have is a friend. Now for dragons, loneliness is a very strange thing, for dragons are solitary creatures. So Ryuunosuke never had any dragon friends. And this my friends is where the story begins, the day Ryuunosuke the tiniest dragon of all the dragons went to search for a friend. It starts in the world of Noctem, a place filled with peace and dragons, and Ryuunosukes birth home.
"This is it! The morning of my first real adventure!" I jumped from my bed and starting rushing about making sure everything was ready to go. I of course had already been prepped for this for days already. After grabbing my small pack with some of the basics, I locked away all my treasure and my door to my lair. Taking a deep breath of air in and letting it whoosh out, I stepped forth and calmed down.
This is a simple matter to most dragons, they just pop in and out of worlds just as easily as they breathed, but for a young dragon, I have yet to do it. I closed my eyes and started to focus on gathering the energy in my body around me. The feeling of warmth started to surround me and I imagined a map of the realm inside of my mind, and within it I picked from the few worlds that were known to me. The closest one to me, Obcasus, seemed like a good destination, so I imagined being broken down to tiny pieces and reforming on what seemed to be a good location on the foreign planet.
I complained about my soreness to myself before I checked myself making sure I was completely intact. Seemed this attempt was a success! Looking around I was in a dessert, an empty one at that. Oh wait, was that a person? Looking in the distance, with my dragon eyes to help me, I could barley make out the shape of someone walking. I wonder if this person will be my friend! I let out my wings and flew up to them quickly and landed softly, the sand helping my movement be quieter. My wings now gone, I tapped on the persons shoulder. Right then I was punched very hard in the face and my sight was clouded with darkness.
