If you call customer service and answer something completely off, don't be so hard on yourself because frames 4 and 5 take place thousands of times per hour in every call center.
Personally, in five years and half a dozen call centers, I had one guy call the phone company to pay his electricity bill, one guy call the mail to get tech support on his dishwasher, one english customer mad at me for being too french, one french guy mad at me for being too english, countless home alone grannies who wanted someone to speak to and one guy going on and on about how the government is mind-controling people through mailboxes...
