Thank you everyone for all the really lovely, kind comments you took the time to write to me. I truly enjoyed reading each and every single one. They gave me a lot of drive and inspiration.

I received a TON of questions about what "redux" meant to Idolon -- was it picking up where it left off? Was it starting over? Was it a completely new story? No, I always had the story planned for Idolon, and it will continue where it was already heading. I’d perhaps enjoy going back to the pages before this and revamping them to be better to my current standards, but that’s a battle for another day down the line! So the story will continue exactly where we left off – at Cass’ first (and probably last, if this ominous feeling is any indication) high school party.

And look at all this verticalness going on! This doesn't mean that all new updates will be in a vertical format -- I've decided that in the future, for the sake of keeping the artistic integrity, I will not be automatically formatting pages to later go to print. I want to convey the story the way I originally intended first -- and if printing happens at a later time, we can cross that bridge when we come to it. That means you may see pages that fit the norm for comics, or you may see something more vertical like this. Or, you may even see something totally different and out of left field.

I have been making sure, as I mentioned on the comeback page last week, that I will be hard focusing on detail and presentation for my pages from now on. That means, of course, that I may not have pages out on the hour, but they will come out when I feel they are looking their best.
