Two cartoons in two days... for a special reason because this is august 15, the national holiday for Acadians.
Feel free to wiki that up but long story short, we're not a country, we're a culture. We don't have a government, we don't have a proper territory and august 15th is not even a stat holiday.
I write this because it's not just american republicans who are on the xenophobic side lately, many quebeckers and acadians use that old excuse that we're a minority and that we "hardly survived"...
And damn, do I think that's ever so pathetic!
It's not enough to "survive", we need to live, no matter how small we are.
To live is to have an influence with other and to be changed by them. It's to share your story with those who don't know it already.
It's why I am typing this in english right now, something that old right wing I'm talking about would not like.
discovered your comic today . I am in the "old country of france" and very happy to see a bilingual comic ! c'est VRAIMENT intéressant de lire un langage presque familier .
It might not be a surprise, but my day job is in a call center in the call center capital of Canada.
I figured I'd make a series with all the stories that came into my mind on slow days at work that I couldn't work in a story arc..
