Greed has taken its' toll over the world.

The blood of the innocent has been spread,

for materials like silver and gold.

Humanity cheats and steals for its' bread.

So much like the wind hatred has since sped.

Such immense pain, fear, turmoil, and chaos;

leaving many women and children dead.

Leaving nothing but feelings of great loss.

Despair and misery eat all of us.

Desperate we are to escape all pain,

we waste away searching for happiness.

All humanity left hollow with strain.

Love and hope with their warm, glorious light

showers their life on the darkness of night.
