Ahh, just making her say: 'Have a nice day!' Every time she had a rude customer made her smile >///< granted I did shout it at her in a stupid voice from the sandwich station...
I kept her from crying, that's the important part XD I hate it when people start swearing at the speaker box. I don't care if my lil trainee is slightly frustrating. The second you swear at them, I ain't serving you.
