Sketch of the second page. While I am figuring out details for my little scifi universe, during the page sketching I am focusing more on composition and light and shadow play.
About their clothes: Since they are not heading into battle/mission/operation I went for more casual look here. Honestly I just love the idea to draw aliens in T-shirts. That’s hilarious!
John is the only one here with a visible weapon. Handgun design is still under question. I do a little drawing study of the modern weaponry to get a feeling of forms and construction.
About mobile in John’s hand – I am not going to invent something overcomplicated – so it all will be pretty similar to what we have now in real world.
I guess pilot cabin shouldn’t be that spacious, but well -_-
