Wait, that's it? That's kind of a shitty session.
A good therapist rolls with the delusions, never saying that they're not real to the patient, to get to the root of what the delusions mean and maybe how to live with them (treatment). Just going "no, they're nkt real and you're fucking crazy, see ya next week" does more harm than help.
