1) I've never made a comic before so I'll appreciate any advice for formatting and programs to use! Right now I only have Paint Tool Sai
2) I say updates mondays, but that's just my ideal schedule. I am a high school student with other responsibilities so I'll do my best to update consistently, but stuff happens
