As the door creaked open and squinted to see who my attacker was. A women with long curly red hair and dark green eyes walked in. She had a darkness about her that made me shiver.
"I did give you many warnings didn't I?" She asked me.
I didn't give her the satisfaction of a response, instead I just continued to glare at her ready to fight back if it came to it. She didn't look too strong.
She laughed a menacingly dark laugh that made me stagger back slightly. That brought a grin to her lips. "Are you afraid of me?"
I stood up straight and smiled back at her. "Actually I'm trying not to laugh at you. I mean come on! How could you possibly think you could get rid of me so easily? NOTHING can get between him and I. And besides, he doesn't even remember your existence so why do you try so hard to get him? Just move on."
"You're clearly confused. I am the only woman good enough for him. You are nothing but a shop keeper that gives homes to little birds. What are you, a child?" She slowly started to creep toward me. He body language showed her hostility well. She would do anything to get an advantage. I crouched down slightly ready to tackle her to the ground. "He's MINE!" She yelled at me and swung a fist at my face.
She missed by half and inch and I swung my fist up to hit her in the side. I could feel adrenaline pulsing through my body and she fell to the ground. "Oh you are going to regret that." She said angrily and got back to he feet. She lunged toward me and I slipped under her arm and ran out the door.
Slamming the door behind me, I locked it and began to search for a way out and a hint of where I might be.
