I woke up to the sound of the birds singing outside my window, well the hospital window.

"When will he be discharged out of the hospital?"

"I don't know Cody, maybe two days from now...or more."

My mom was talking to Cody, and I could also tell she didn't know what he did to me nor what he might do to her. She is completely clueless about what he is capable of doing to her or me or anyone as a matter of fact!

"H-hey mom." I said while trying to sit upright so that I could see here and that stupid, sorry excuse of a human!

"Hey buddy you feeling okay? You were beat up pretty badly, you're lucky I was there o scare them off." Cody said partly grinning and partly glaring at me as if saying " speak of what happened and you'll get it worse next time."

"Great BUDDY." I said rolling my eyes at him the laid back onto the bed trying not to jump up and strangle Cody to death.

''Now Levy don't get all sassy with Cody, he is saving your life the second time. the least you could do is say 'thank you' he is your friend after all."

Yeah right! a friend would never do what Cody did!

"Sorry and thank you for saving my life. I'm really greatful." I said, but to be honest he should be the one apologizing to me or better yet leave my life! I was really mad at him. I mean he has the worst methods to make someone think of him as a friend, who just randomly shows up, claims to be your friend, says you're crazy, punches you in the stomach, then lies to your own mom pretending to care the most about you! Cody is the most biggest jerk but I could care less about him right now, what mainly was on my mind was school.
