The only-"slightly"-heliophobic ["it's the tan"] Ponyta is a horrible photographer. Provide her with a good picture of what she intended to take a picture of, and she will not be sulky for the rest of the day.
With regards to the beach -> Fortunately, she is not hydrophobic. In fact, one could go as far as to say that she is hydrophilic.
Oh yeah, here you have the first triple date the Council has with their significant others!!
