When I jumped, I didn’t even feel it. I saw my pure white dress fluttering as I fell being the only indication of my plummet. It just felt right, like I had to do it. Falling, falling, falling, I didn’t even notice the clouds flying past me as I plummeted to earth. The ground growing closer with every second. I extended my wings, long beautiful things white as the clouds them self, to slow my fall hoping for a smooth landing.
But I had to be quick, every second that past he grew closer to his fate. I could see buildings now, the outline of trees, and even people looking up at the sky in disbelieve. I reached out my wings as far as I could, feeling the strain of the wind and the extend of the wings, I winced for I have never pushed myself this hard.
