From the SCP Comic! This is basically the Dark Siders when they were first starting out. At the time there were only 3 of them (Vlad, Keith and Jestress) and since they didnt have a secret base or anything, they were pretty much just hobo travelers for a while. Before this, Jestress left a disbanding traveling circus and Vlad and Keith just escaped from a mental asylum.
This is also a scene where Jestress was just recruited and Vlad's pretty proud of himself for it (shes technically the first new member they recruited in like 3 years since Vlad established his team name |D). But you can probably tell Jestress is already regretting her decision lol.
