Week 3: Mythical Creature

Whoops! A bit late on uploading (almost a week)! But honestly he just wasn't ready yet at the official date. In an earlier version he even looked like a miniature version of the Mask. :'D
Last week's challenge was to draw a mythical creature and here's mine: the Klabautermann!
According to Wikipedia the Klabautermann is a water kobold that assists sailors and fishermen at sea, and is often depicted in a yellow sailor's costume with a pipe and a caulking hammer.
