This is Alex Vee. She has the power to create blue bubbles that are filled with her thoughts. When the bubbles come into contact with other people, the thoughts are transferred, allowing Alex to manipulate them. She is pretty carefree and tends to use her power for her own benefits. However, she doesn't mean any harm.
Without a permanent residence, she often wanders through the city without a goal. Her favourite hobby is to solve misunderstandings for people she encounters and takes a linking to or to create trouble for people she dislikes.
