Ah... this page was fun. No text... only four panels... lots of explosions and glows. Mmmmm yeah....
Eh hem... yes well, turns out he's not making a factory (yet) he just needed the power to charge up the human mech. The callback I was talking about was when Jayrunner took the human mech out of the ground al those pages ago. Looks like it still functions when most of it's physical components are gone. What is this soul age nonsense? Also, a pity that Jayrunner never knew how to activate most of its functions...
