And I finally got help. And I started learning how to deal with all of these things that had overwhelmed me. I learned that fighting the feelings was just as important as anything else, and my mental health was more important than a lot of other things I was prioritizing.
I learned that I had to value myself and fight for myself. Because sometimes no one else can fight for you.
