"hello there Cole." she got cut off by a pretty blonde girl who was standing behind Cole. The boys head turned to the girl. "yes Sasha?" The tone of his voice different from just now. "i need your help on that group assignment." the blonde continued seemingly not noticing the change of tone in his voice. Cole let out a deep sigh. can't it wait? I'm talking to someone here." he gestured towards the red haired girl sitting next to him. Sasha didn't seem to care completely ignoring her. "it's really urgent." she wined seemingly at the verge of tears. Cole didn't knew the tears where as fake as they could get. However not wanting to cause a scene he relented. he stood up with the obvious displeasure covering his face. The only thing she could do was watch as the blonde girl was pulling him along. So close she had gotten so close but stopped right before she could ask him. Would she ever get another opportunity like that?

The rest of the day went by as usual going home with her friends and next having dinner with her family. The only difference from usual were her thoughts constantly running of to him. "Cole." She whispered his name to herself while heading to her room. After entering she had briefly considered studying the thoughts were quickly overruled however. how could she study with her thoughts constantly drifting off. She booted up the pc hoping that one of her romantic stories could claim her thoughts.
