Nope, it's not Momo on Kuro :3 Kuro remembers how Momo pushed him away when he kissed him in public. He's not going to risk another thing like that by pulling him on his lap. Momo however, he realizes that he likes Kuro, it's a big step for him :3 and obviously knows Kuro doesn't mind PDA because of that earlier event.
