"Rose? Rose wake up" Rose woke up to Ahyoka's voice. "Oh, i'm sorry. I guess I nodded off." she laughed while rubbing the back of her blonde head. "So I prepared my family to meet you,"She helped Rose up the finished. "and then I can give you a tour.". "Ok, then after I will introduce you to my parents... then tell you something." Ahyoka smiled in response and led her through the cornfield to the center of the village then into this house.

When they walked in they were greeted by a man and woman sitting  by a small fire. Once the woman saw Rose she leaped up and greeted her "Welcome! Welcome! I'm Awinita, Ahyoka's mother and this is Adahy, her father."As she finished she pointed to a man still sitting by the fire. Rose noted that Awinita's accent was strong. Ahyoka's was strong but hers had a hint of British which showed that she had spent more time with Europeans then her mother had. "Please come sit down Rose" the father said while pointing to some mats.

"So we've heard a lot about you. I was a little shocked when she told us but now in seeing you I think she chose right." Adahy said while noticing that Roses face started showing hints of fear that she was obviously trying to hide. Awiniti noticed and went over to comfort her in saying. "Its okay Rose. We don't mind, besides from what iv'e seen I think your pretty nice." "Thank you, I wish my family supported me as much as you do." She responded while thinking about the engagement and wondering how she was going to tell them. 

After finishing there conversation Rose said her goodbyes and was led out by Ahyoka. Ahyoka showed Rose the council house, the town center, and there summer home. The entire time they talked and they made there way to her town. "Um" Rose stopped Ahyoka in front of her house then continued " I haven't told my parents about you and I don't think I will soon. So just say your a friend ok?". "Ok" Ahyoka smiled reassuringly.

When they walked in Roses entire family and a man, a woman, and a younger man were sitting in there living room. Her and Ahyoka walked in and rose asked "Whats going on?". Then the young man sitting next to the woman who appeared to be his mother walked over to rose and kissed her hand."Its a pleasure to meet you miss Rose"
