Wake Up Call

Happy New Years!
I'm a light sleeper, so it's relatively easy to wake me up. However, I'm usually charged with waking up my deep-sleeper of a brother especially when we attended high school together. Nothing worked well except some ice cold water to the face.
Any crazy ideas on how to wake someone up?

My dad turns on the tv volume to 100, blasting some Cuban music, takes off my blanket, runs up and down the stairs to make noise....and this is all in about 5-10 minutes
