"Are you a good boy?"
"Yes, mommy."
It's the same conversation over and over again for days.
"Sani, do you love me?"
"Yes, I do love you, Julia."
Same thing everyday.
"Sani, do you want to play?"
"No, I have homework."
I am required to answer the same thing.
I just want something different in life. There has to be more to life than my mom, Julia, and playing.
"Hey boy, do you want to go somewhere different?"
Different? Somewhere different?
"Yes!"
"Come with me then. I'll take you there. Here, get in this truck."
I sat inside obediently.
"I want to take a shortcut. Is that okay with you?"
"Yes, sir."
He took me to a small wooden house.
