I'll explain each mantra more in the next four episodes.
And I want to emphasize that this doesn't work for everyone! Some forms of repetition can be very destructive and easily turn into obsessive thoughts. As someone diagnosed with 'OCD tendencies', I need to avoid letting my mantras become compulsions.
Also, here's a little life update: I officially have three part-time jobs now, so life has been BUSY. But I'm still doing this comic!
