Princess Comic Pitch

This was an assignment to create a comic pitch, we had to pick a segment of the story we thought would be flashy and really catch publisher's attention. ^^ This is a story I really want to work on someday.
he basic Premise is the Protagonist is the only child of the ruling family, the country's sole princess. The queen has passed away, and the princess is going around trying to collect star fragments in order to get enough magic to bring her mother back to life. Along the way she runs into people who need her help ranging from small problems to big problems and she has to decide does she help the person now right in front of her or does she keep saving what she has for her ultimate wish. I thought it would be nice for each person she encounters to cause her to recall a memory of her mother. There is more I could say but I don't want to spoil it. I really would like to develop this a bit more someday.
